The Country Showcase and CMAFEST4LESS.com CMA FEST 2010 Sweepstakes

NO PURCHASE NECESSARY. A PURCHASE WILL NOT IMPROVE YOUR CHANCES OF WINNING. ALL FEDERAL, STATE, LOCAL AND MUNICIPAL LAWS AND REGULATIONS APPLY. VOID WHERE PROHIBITED.

1. Eligibility. Subject to the additional restrictions below, the Country Showcase and CMAFEST4LESS.com CMA FEST 2010 Sweepstakes(the "Sweepstakes") is open to residents of the continental United States (including the District of Columbia) and Alaska who are 21 years of age or older at the time of entry. Employees of the following organizations, entities and facilities, or of any of their affiliates or advertising or promotional agencies, and the immediate family members of, and any persons domiciled with, any such employees, are not eligible to participate in the Sweepstakes: Travelin', Inc. ("Sponsor"), eWebengine, Camp Holdings, Reflect Resources, and Country Showcase.
2. How to Enter. The Sweepstakes will begin at 12:00pm E.T. on February 15th, 2010 and will end at 11:59:59 p.m. E.T. on May 15, 2010 (the "Sweepstakes Period"). The Sweepstakes will be offered online, and at one or more other promotional events that Country Showcase sponsors or co-sponsors during the Sweepstakes Period. To enter, either (a) visit www.countryshowcase.com during the Sweepstakes Period, follow all on-screen prompts and instructions and complete all required information to submit a Sweepstakes entry; or (b) visit the Country Showcase booth at any of the Events during regular Event hours, and sign up online at the kiosk or register with a representative of Country Showcase at the booth. Only one (1) entry per person and per email address is permitted per day during the Sweepstakes period, regardless of whether submitted online or at a kiosk. Sponsor will not be responsible for incomplete, late, or misdirected entries or for failure to receive entries due to transmission failures or technical failures of any kind, including, without limitation, malfunctioning of any network, hardware or software, whether originating with sender or Sponsor. In the event of a dispute, all entries will be deemed to have been submitted by the owner of the email address submitted with the entry. Any questions regarding the number of entries submitted or the owner of an email address will be determined by Sponsor in its sole discretion
3. Winner Selection. On or about May 15th, 2010, Sponsor will select one (1) Grand Prize Winner in a random drawing from among all eligible entries received during the Sweepstakes Period (i.e., all eligible online entries and all eligible entries submitted at the Events). The odds of winning depend on the number of eligible entries received.
4. Prize Description. Subject to verification of eligibility and compliance with these Official Rules, the Grand Prize Winner will receive a four night accommodations and various CMA FEST 2010 access plus VIP passes to meet and greet with Mickie James (See Package Description). To be eligible to claim the Grand Prize, the winner must possess a valid driver's license and must provide Sponsor with a photocopy of his or her valid driver's license. The above materials must be provided to Sponsor no later than May 20th, 2010. Failure to timely provide these materials may result in the winner's disqualification, the forfeiture of his or her interest in the prize, and the award of the prize to a substitute winner. This prize has no cash value and is non-transferable.
5. Winner Notification and Prize Claim. The Grand Prize Winner will be notified by Sponsor on or about May 15th at the telephone number and/or email address provided on the winner's entry form. Sponsor's inability to reach winner and/or winner's failure to timely respond to prize notification or to comply with any term or condition of these Official Rules may, in Sponsor's discretion, result in the winner's disqualification, the forfeiture of his or her interest in the Grand Prize and the selection of a substitute winner from among all remaining eligible entries. Winner may waive his or her right to receive the prize. Prize is non-assignable and nontransferable. No substitutions allowed. Except where prohibited, acceptance of the prize constitutes the winner's consent to the publication of his or her name, biographical information and likeness in any media for any commercial or promotional purpose, without limitation or further compensation.
6. Reservation of Rights by Sponsor. By participating, entrants agree to be bound by these Official Rules and the decisions of Sponsor and the Sweepstakes judges appointed by Sponsor. Sponsor reserves the right to disqualify persons found tampering with or otherwise abusing any aspect of this Sweepstakes as solely determined by Sponsor. In the event the Sweepstakes is compromised by a virus, non-authorized human intervention, tampering or other causes beyond the reasonable control of Sponsor which corrupts or impairs the administration, security, fairness or proper operation of the Sweepstakes, Sponsor reserves the right in its sole discretion to suspend, modify or terminate the Sweepstakes. Should the Sweepstakes be terminated prior to the stated expiration date, Sponsor reserves the right to award prizes based on the entries received before the termination date.
7. Construction. The invalidity or unenforceability of any provision of these rules shall not affect the validity or enforceability of any other provision. In the event that any such provision is determined to be invalid or otherwise unenforceable, these rules shall be construed in accordance with their terms as if the invalid or unenforceable provision was not contained herein.
8. Sponsor. The Country Showcase and CMAFEST4LESS.com CMA FEST 2010 Sweepstakes is sponsored by Country Showcase. The decisions of Sponsors and the Sweepstakes judges regarding the selection of the Grand Prize Winner and all other aspects of the Sweepstakes shall be final and binding in all respects. Sponsor will not be responsible for typographical, printing or other inadvertent errors in these Official Rules or in other materials relating to the Sweepstakes. All packages are confirmed with a $175.00 per person non refundable deposit, and must be paid in full by 3/15/10. CMA Music Festival inclusions are subject to change by the Country Music Association.

You will be notified of any changes prior to arrival. Please make note that transportation is not included to events, shows, hotels, or attractions listed. Transportation is included for tours; Homes of the stars, Discover Nashville and Historical, if purchased above or for any other event only if pre-purchased and specifically listed above.

FINAL PAYMENT - Final payment is due in full in our office by 3/15/10. Visa, Mastercard, Discover Card, money orders or personal checks are accepted. All prices are based on US Funds. No meals, tips, gratuities, or transportation is included unless specifically listed above.

CANCELLATIONS AND REFUNDS - Any cancellations between the time of booking and March 15, 2010 will forfeit the $175 per person deposit. Cancellations after March 15, 2010 will be charged a minimum of $200.00 per person cancellation fee. All cancellations should be submitted in writing to CMAFest4less.

RESPONSIBILITY CLAUSE - CMAfest4less, inc. providing services in this contract as an agent for accommodations, attractions, and transportation carriers, assuming no responsibility and not liable for delays, theft, accidents, loss, damage, or injury to the person or property. Also reserving the right to change arrangements when necessary. CMAFest4less agrees to supply the inclusions of the contract and buying party of the contract agrees to reservation, deposit, payment requirements as set forth herein. Breach of contract by either party will entail legal and collection fees to be passed to the party in breach and legal action brought forth in the state of Tennessee.
